Prioria Robotics can be your “factory-in-a-box.” We offer turnkey solution for compression molding: From rapid prototyping to short production runs, there’s no job too small. We possess the capabilities to mold prepreg carbon fiber, engineering grade resins, and any plastic or plastic composite material in sheet form. From initial design support to in-house CNC finishing, we support you every step of the way.

When you come to us with the next big idea, our world-class engineers will help you design it using Solidworks and tweak it until your part is perfect. Then we partner with our tooling company to create molds to your exact specifications. After we receive your molds, we cast your parts using whatever material you desire. We’ll offer material suggestions to best suit your needs. After your parts are completed, whether you order one or one thousand, we’ll finish them off using our state-of-the-art CNC routers. We can do machining, drilling holes, light assembly, and whatever else your part needs to leave our floor a finished product.

Prioria’s products are ideal for the aerospace, medical, and automotive industries, as well as anyone looking for a metal-to-plastic lightweight replacement. Worried about strength? Try a carbon fiber composite material- ounce for ounce, carbon fiber is stronger than steel! Contact us for a quote today.
